I, the undersigned, hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless all persons and waive all claims, demand, or cause of action at law or equity against all persons associated with any of the participating schools, tournament promoters, tournament organizers, tournament directors, volunteers and competitors. I understand the rules of the tournament and will abide by them. I understand that Jiu-Jitsu and Submission Grappling are a hazardous activity that involves inherent risks of serious physical injury. I assume full responsibility for all my actions during and connected to the Tournament. I understand the risk of competing in this form of martial arts competition and hereby release all persons associated with any of the participating schools, tournament promoters, tournament organizers, tournament directors, volunteers, competitors, employees, associates, tournament sponsors, venue, and or from any type of injury, loss, or death sustained while competing in this competition.
VT BJJ, LLC reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at the event without the expressed permission of those included within the photograph/video. VT BJJ may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by VT BJJ including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, newsletters, etc. By participating in a VT BJJ event; you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify VT BJJ from all claims involving the use of your photograph/video or likeness.
I/We, the parent(s) or guardian(s) of this minor participating have instructed or will instruct the minor participant to the above warning and conditions and their ramifications, and I/We additionally confirm and agree to all the above statements, conditions, waivers, releases, and consent to this minor’s participation.

This waiver also includes any negligence associated with the presence of or transmission of any bacteria, viruses, or infectious diseases. I have read the above warning, waiver, and release, understand that I/We give up substantial rights by signing it, and knowing this, sign it voluntarily, and agree to all of its terms.

Payment needs to be received within 1-2 days after submitting your registration. Registration is $40 until November 15. After that, the fee increases to $50.
