Now Offering: Corporate Self Defense Training for Your Employees
When offering corporate self-defense training as part of your wellness program, it shows your employees that you care about their safety both on and off the job. The training is designed to strengthen team building, spread positivity, and have a fun time together.
An important component of self defense training is to prepare your employees for the unexpected. Self defense training builds confidence and prepares you for difficult situations. Employees who know what to do are more relaxed, empowered, and able to make better decisions.
